Thank you for your interest in a V6B Kitchen Facelift! You will find below our step-by-step process all the way to completion of your new kitchen. Please reach out to your V6B Designer should you have any additional questions
We ask that you send our team some photos of your existing kitchen, along with information on what changes you would like to see, and any “inspirational” images.
One of our designers will review the information you have provided and get back to you to discuss further and elaborate on the goals of your project. We will send you a link to our extensive V6B Product Library for you to review and select your favourite materials & finishes. Your designer may have suggestions based on the discussed vision for your Kitchen Facelift.
With the information discussed and provided, we will create a presentation of your new kitchen and provide you with a budget for your project. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have.
If you wish to proceed, we will send over an Agreement and per our standard process, will collect a 10% retainer.
One of our specialists will visit your home to accurately measure your space and cabinetry, and take any necessary additional photos. The V6B designer may join this visit, or may connect with you otherwise to review everything you would like included in your project and discuss any final finishes.
Our team will provide and review with you all the final plans and materials for your new kitchen. Once you approve your design, we will proceed to order.
As product arrival nears, we will tentatively plan an installation date, which will be confirmed once your product is ready to ship. Your designer will work with our top-of-the-line suppliers and skilled trades to complete your V6B Kitchen Facelift. Relax and look forward to enjoying your new kitchen! Our installation process is as follows:
Phase 1- Demolition: Our installers will build a poly'd off cutting space to keep your home as clean as possible. Removal and disposal of existing product (doors & parts).
Phase 2- Delivery of new parts, unwrapping and disposal of packaging.
Phase 3 – Installation of new parts and disposal of waste Phase 4 (optional)- Installation of other products (countertops, backsplashes, lighting, accessories, handles) Phase 5 - Final clean
20% retainer upon signed Agreement
35% prior to order of custom product
35% to release shipment of product to site
10% upon completion of project
V6B Design Group offers a 5-year warranty for all work installed by V6B.
